Lead Queues are fully customizable automatic or manual pre-set filters that you can use to strategically sort your leads. Based on a number of factors, use Lead Queues to better manage and classify your leads.
How to add Lead Queues:
1. From the dashboard, either click on the filter icon and select "Add/Edit queue", or, click the dropdown beside "All Leads" and then the gear icon.
- You will see a list of existing queues (if you have any) and the option to add a new queue, select to add a new queue.
3. You will have to name the queue and select whether it is an automatic or manual queue.
4. If you want to add a manual queue, click to save the queue and you are good to go.
5. If you want to add an automatic queue, define the filter rules that will apply for this queue and then click to save.
