Let’s get some more users into your account to help you take care of all those juicy leads!
How to add users:
1. As an admin, click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
2. Go to the Users tab.
3. You should see all the active users in your account. You will want to click the “Invite New User” button.
4. Fill in the required information and select what level of access that user should have.
5. Once you're done, create the new user.
6. The user will be sent an email with an invitation to join your Visitor Queue account!
Side note: If the user has previously created an account, you will receive an error. If you need help deleting their old, incorrect, or accidentally made account, just send us a live chat message and we will be happy to help!
